Mandalay Early Learning Centre provides care for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Situated in the Mandalay Estate within Beveridge (close to the Hume Fwy and the local primary school), our centre provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere to support young children and their families.
Our modern 110-place facility is purpose-built, incorporating six rooms and inviting play spaces. In our thoughtfully-designed environments, children are encouraged to explore and discover through a range of engaging educational programs. Our enthusiastic and highly-qualified educators create positive partnerships with children and their families to reach the best outcomes for each child.

I have over 20 years of experience in the early childhood sector, having served as both an owner/operator and educator. Our private service offers the flexibility to meet the unique needs of individual families, recognising the challenges of working parents and striving to make the transition for both you and your child as seamless as possible.
The early years are crucial for a child’s development and have a profound impact on shaping their future. I am committed to ensuring that every child learns in a supportive and nurturing environment, which is essential for building their confidence and developing the fundamental skills necessary for lifelong success.

My name is Katie, and I am the Centre Manager at Mandalay Early Learning Centre. I’ve been privileged to work in the industry for 14 years across all age groups. I firmly believe that children learn best when they have a learning environment that fosters hands-on learning, focusing on individual interests and abilities.
In addition, creating strong relationships with families and the wider community ensures that all children learn and develop to the best of their ability. Here at Mandalay ELC, we believe children need to feel safe, secure and supported to reach their full potential.

AREA MANAGER
Hello, my name is Kelly, and I’ve worked in the children’s services industry for the past 15 years. I’ve worked across various roles within many services whilst discovering and developing many learning opportunities along the way.
My current role as centre Area Manager focuses on centre operations, compliance, occupational health and safety, amongst many other areas. I’m passionate about the industry, and I strive to build quality connections with my educators and the centre’s leadership teams to ensure our service provides high-quality care in all areas. I enjoy working in partnership with our families and our extended community and ensuring children have every opportunity to learn, develop and explore.
When children feel safe, secure and supported, they will truly flourish in life and be ready to take on every challenge and hurdle with a positive mindset.
